Book a vehicle online.
Pay for the rental through our secure payment partner, Flouci.
Receive a rental voucher confirming the reservation.
Booking and Payment
Vehicle reservations are subject to availability with the partner rental agency.Payment is processed through the Flouci platform, which guarantees a secure transaction.
Once payment is confirmed, a rental voucher is generated and sent to the user. This voucher contains all the necessary information
Responsibilities
User Responsibility: The user agrees to provide accurate information during the booking process and to comply with the rental conditions set by the partner agency.
EzyCarRent Responsibility: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information but cannot guarantee the accuracy of data provided by partner agencies. In case of disputes between the user and the agency, EzyCarRent acts as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages.
Cancellation and Modification
Cancellation or modification terms depend on the policies of the partner agency. Please review the specific terms during the booking process.
In case of cancellation, refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the partner agency's and Flouci's terms.
Personal Data Protection
We respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The information collected is used solely to process your booking and improve our services.
Intellectual Property
